In light of chilly evenings and visiting home, I'm pulling this lentil soup recipe from my archives. I originally posted it March 2, 2012 when I was visiting my mom during a snow storm. I am feeling like curling up with a hearty bowl of soup sounds like the best idea on the planet now that the pine needles are collecting on the ground.
