Grain-free paleo chocolate shortbread cookies. These gluten-free vegan shortbread cookies are dipped in chocolate for a double chocolate experience! I had it in my head that I was only going to post a couple holiday treat recipes this year, but lo and behold, I’ve been very much enjoying the process of making warmly-spiced concoctions. In order to avoid being the sole consumer of said treats, I’ve been bringing them to my friends and family to share the joy. You know what they say… Baking happens.
