I took P-dub's recipe for Christmas Rum Cake and swapped the rum for bourbon, yellow cake for white cake, 5 egg white for the 4 whole eggs and added some mintyness. Bake it in a rose-shaped bundt pan, take it to a derby party, lose a bunch of money because you bet on horses based on how pretty they were instead of actually stats, and a fun evening shall be had by all.
