This is the most delicious banana bread recipe I've found. The bread part is delicious, but the best part is the topping. My husband doesn't like bananas and he eats a mini loaf in one sitting - maybe more!! It's great with a cold glass of milk! The only downside is that it is only for mini loaf pans.
