Whipped cheesecake with walnut crust

This is my mom's cheesecake recipe, and it is the best whipped cheesecake recipe I've ever had. The crust is thick and delicious! You don't have to eat it plain either, it's fantastic with your favorite pie filling (blueberry or cherry!) spread over the top of it. Just be sure to chill it after you spread the filling so that it sets.
