T.j.’s finger cookies

I don't quite remember how these cookies got this name, but it stuck since it happens to be my son's name. Strangely enough, they're his favorite cookie at Christmas time. I love how simple they are to make, and everyone always asks for the recipe. The combination of the salt on the crackers and the sweet of the chocolate is sooo great!
