Painted salmon
A super easy salmon dish that's suitable for company. I first had this recipe on a family vacation in Sweden. Even though the recipe contains mayo (which I generally detest), cooking the mayo changes the texture and taste to a much more delicate flavor that pairs very nicely with the salmon.
