  A lovely little dish that can be made with a wide array of refrigerated dough, leftover meats and sauces. The original, Chicken Roll-Ups, came from my mother-in-law. Heaven knows where she found it. 
I've successfully used this recipe with chicken, left over pot roast, left over meatloaf, shredded bbq pork and more.  It's a little tacky, a little Sandra Lee and no one would call it fine cuisine, but it is rather tasty.
