This is a recipe I adapted from Pastor Ryan's chicken Al a Deliciouso. Captain Picky Iraqi and I love this recipe. The chicken is juicy. The potatoes are creamy. The cheese is, well, cheesy! It is a very simple recipe to make and it comes out very elegant!
