Yeast biscuits aka my friends beg me to make them

This is a recipe my mom found of my grandmother's, and it's still in her handwriting. It's a quick way to make yeast rolls. They resemble the Sister Schubert's Brand Rolls, Only Yummier and More Brag-Worthy. I always double the recipe.
