This has been a family favorite for years. Being Asian, we use Panko for breading instead of traditional crumbs. When my son and his friends were younger, they would consume plates of these fillets with ranch dressing that was set out for veggies. Now that they're college age, they still raid the refrigerator for the ranch when this fish is served!
