Benedictine
A Kentucky tradition from my hometown of Louisville (pronounced Lu-a-ville by the locals). As a child, my grandma made me countless benedictine sandwiches. As an adult, it surprised me to find out that it was a local treat & that no one outside of Louisville seemed to know about it! Simple but tasty!
