Apricot, brie, and basil sandwich

I can't lie. I recently had this sandwich at MetroFresh in downtown Atlanta and I had to share it with y'all. It is delicious! It would be great to make as little snack sandwiches too, because you can cut the brie in small pieces and the sandwich doesn't have to be refrigerated for long.
