My grandmother passed this recipe down through the family and it was served in my parent's restaurant for 25 years before they sold it. Wonderful served with any steak or other beef, chicken, or pork in place of potatoes. It is very easy to make and always gets rave reviews from company. It is also yummy reheated the next day!
