This is a versatile green salsa recipe that resembles guacamole, but it isn't guacamole. I got the recipe from my host 'madre' while studying in Mexico several years ago, although 'recipe' is an overstatement. It was more of a list of ingredients that I still experiment with each time I make it. Regardless, it's always a hit at parties or at home!
