I don't know where the name came from, but these little mini calzones are delicious! They are a huge hit and great for company. We're making them tonight for a night of football and friends. They warm up beautifully as leftovers and the filling possibilities are endless. We have a fun night with Root Beer Rocks, root beer on the rocks, and root beer barrel to end the night. (The use of cheese sticks is genius!)
