South of the border salad
A delicious taco salad that I always bring to a potluck. TIP: when I buy the huge tubes of ground beef at the warehouse store, I brown up 3 to 4 pounds with onions and taco seasoning and then divide them between Ziploc bags and freeze. It's a great way to have a quick meal ready in minutes.
