Grandma’s m&m cookies

Grandma always used to have a good supply of these on hand for the grandkids. We'd come over and head straight for the cookie jar! Those who got to help make them fondly remember carfully pressing three M&Ms on top of each cookie. Grandma gave me this recipe when I was 4 years old, and I've been baking them ever since!
