Moussakitome baby

That's just bad, isn't it? You'll have to deal with it, because it cracks me up. It started when I became entranced with the color of an eggplant while I was grocery shopping. How can you resist a vegetable whose alternate name is Aubergine? I didn't, and so I had eggplant and had to figure out what to do with it. I decided Moussaka was the way to go. Hearty and satisfying on a cool fall day. Labor intensive, but worth it.
