Peanut butter bread

A super easy quick bread that is excellent with jelly! You can use either smooth or crunchy peanut butter. I think it would be better with crunchy, just to get that lovely peanut taste, but I've only ever made it with smooth since that's what we have on hand. I also like to sprinkle in some old fashioned oatmeal into the batter to give the bread some chew. I probably use a little more than half a cup.
