Moist jalapeno cornbread

This is one of the best cornbreads I have ever had. I normally don't like cornbread because it is so dry, but this is very moist with just a little kick to get rid of that blah taste. It is not too spicy at all. My mother-in-law who is extremely sensitive to spicy foods thought it was very good.
