What I really like about these cookies is that they are a surprise. Unless you mark them, you have no idea what type of candy bar you will get in each cookie. I want to try this with jelly beans, but use the Harry Potter kind that have vomit and booger flavors, so it’s an extra surprise … kinda like Russian Cookie Roulette.
