A delicious sweet Caesar dressing, fresh Parmesan, Romaine, crunchy croutons, and yummy grilled chicken all make this salad a wonderful entree to welcome into anyone's kitchen! I don't care for using raw egg like most use for a traditional kind of Caesar, so I was quite happy to be given this recipe, which uses mayonnaise for a creamy substitute!
