Here’s my version of a Louisiana seasoning blend. I’ll admit it, I started with a “certain chef’s recipe” (BAM?), but tweaked it to our taste.Try it, and you’ll be saying, “ah-YEE.” (That’s Cajun for “Youbetcha.”)
