I never liked chicken soup. Growing up, all I knew was Campbell's Chicken Noodle. A few years ago, I set out to make a delicious chicken soup. This is what I came up with. I keep all the chicken wings, backs, etc. that we don't use in a freezer bag just for making stock for this soup. This looks like a lot of ingredients, but it's stock, soup and spaetzel.
