Just as fashion trends re-emerge, so it is with recipes. When I was little, my mom would make these loose meat burgers that were popularized on the back of Lipton Onion Soup boxes. Today, I made them for a group of young people who had never had them before. I now feel truly old. So here is my reinvention of the Onion Burger.
