Artichoke/Spinach Dip is something I order at every restaurant I go to. I have been on a quest for the best and I finally found my favorite. Lucky for me, I knew the waitress ... and now I have a fabulous recipe! I especially love this because there is no mayo. I still have my childhood fears of mayonnaise ... makes me wanna hurl.
