Cream cheese coffee “cake”

I swear, I'm going to post non-sweet items on here too, BUT before I do that, this is a cream cheese coffee cake that I absolutely adore but somehow only make for holidays and events when I want something not-overly-sweet and easy to have about. Let your kids help, it's that easy. I used to have my pre-schooler class do this. Cake isn't the right word, thus the quotes, but I don't know what else to call it!
