If you love the flavors of Chicken Cordon Bleu but hate the hassle of making the real thing this one is for you. I came across this recipe and made it for dinner the other night but improved it as I went along. I like this recipe for a couple of reasons. First because there are lots of opportunities to decrease the fat involved. And second it's a piece of cake to make! Enjoy!
