I love pumpkin! Pumpkin pie, pumpkin bars, pumpkin cheesecake. Pretty much pumpkin anything is fine by me. Because we always grow a lot of pumpkins. Because I can eat quite a bit of pumpkin. Because I can sneak some vegetables into breakfast food, I came up with this waffle recipe that’s become a real hit with the Things and Mr. Wonderful.
