These fritters are packed full with bacon and rice and cheese ... it doesn't get much better than that, folks, and why would you want it to?! They're bound together with egg and panko bread crumbs and fried in what, you ask? Bacon grease! They're very yummy, very bacon-y, very cheesy and very bad for you!
