Root beer sherbet

I found this on a blog when I was craving root beer floats, but wanted to make root beer in the ice cream. It is crystally/sherbet-y in texture, which matches what root beer does to ice cream in a float. It's delicious and such a light airy dessert! Warning: for those of you who love root beer, it's addictive!
