It was Valentine's Day and with the two of us both working all day long, I had to think of something special to make my sweetheart for dinner. I racked my brain for something different, something sandwich-y for my husband, the silly Dutch guy, something that wouldn't take forever to fix. I based it all on a clearance rack loaf of ciabatta I had my eye on and the rest is history.
