Homemade yummy pico

I was tired of spending big bucks on fresh-made pico at the grocery store, so I looked at the ingredients and concocted this recipe. It's enormous not because I love pico (it's for my husband), but because I was too lazy to divide up the bag of frozen corn. Weight Watchers scores 1/4 cup of this at zero points. It yields about ten cups of pico total. (That makes 40 servings.)
