Back when microwaves were new, my mom took a cooking class, thinking she'd cook more than reheat in the appliance. That wasn't quite the case, but this is the one recipe from that class that survived the test of time. Despite being cooked in the microwave, this is hot, gooey, cake-y, and chocolate-y goodness ready in about 20 minutes.
