Cream cheese, chili, and sharp cheddar cheesed are combined and baked to perfection. This is the perfect appetizer for any party, tailgate, bbq, or just to munch on with friends. While it is almost ridiculously simple, this is the only appetizer that I've made that is always gone, all the time!
