Asian fried rice

This recipe is very flexible. You can use chicken, pork, shrimp, ham, tofu or skip the meat altogether. Feel free to substitute any combination of veggies that you have on hand: peas, carrots, broccoli, asparagus, bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini ... well, you get the idea. You can even use packaged, precooked brown rice. This can be a meal in itself!
