Booze cake

Just what it sounds like: a cake loaded with booze! A sour cream coffee cake with dried cherries soaked in Grand Marnier, walnuts, chocolate chips, and lots of bourbon. This is a little something I whipped together after finding out I was getting laid off from my job. It's the perfect thing after a bad day, or on happier occasions with friends, I'm sure. But eat cake responsibly!
