Quick microwave caramel fudge

In South Africa, we prefer very simple 'plain' caramel fudge without nuts or chocolate. This simple version is quick to whip up in the microwave from ingredients that you should have in your pantry. The mixture gets very hot, so use oven gloves when you need to take out the bowl.
