Pecan Pie is a true southern dessert. I think my hubby would eat it every day if I would make it for him. But that wouldn’t be very good for the waistline now, would it? My mom is famous for her Pecan Pie. Whenever there is the occasion to take food to someone, she makes her wonderful pie. When I asked for the recipe, I couldn’t believe just how simple it was.
