In my family, it just isn't Easter without chocolate bunnies and PEEPS® Marshmallow treats! While you can use white or milk chocolate, I found dark chocolate to work best with the very sweet center. You can also dip just the ears or skewer them on a lollipop stick and dunk the whole thing, but I think the bunnies' shocked expression lends itself nicely to sinking neck-deep in chocolate.
