I'll admit that I've had my reservations about recipes that start with a packaged cake mix, but this one made me a convert. Really, how can you go wrong with chocolate and Irish Cream? All you need is a cup of coffee. Give it a try, you won't be sorry! It also freezes well. I cut it into pieces, wrap each one and put them in a freezer bag.
