Chopped up dip
This recipe was born out of having to make too many roll-ups as appetizers. Spreading cream cheese on flimsy slices of chopped beef, rolling up soggy pickle spears and finally cutting them into chunks only to have them disappear within seconds got me to invent an easier alternative. Same flavor, way less work!
