Quail eggs benedict pagodas
Mini eggs benedict with a Japanese twist. A grilled rice ball replaces the English muffin, sauteed shiitake mushrooms replace the ham/Canadian bacon, a poached quail egg replaces the poached chicken egg, and the hollandaise sauce is made with lime juice instead of lemon.
