Fried cheese curds are incredibly popular in Minnesota, where I grew up. I was gifted a bag of cheese curds and couldn't resist the urge to fry some of them up. I also couldn't resist the urge to add some cayenne pepper to the batter. Not too much pepper, just enough to tickle your throat a bit!
