Samoa cookies are the best girl scout cookie. The end.
Epilogue: I pulled some various recipes for icings/cupcakes etc together to try to turn this magical cookie into a cupcake. A marriage of my two favorite things Samoas and Cupcakes couldn't be bad....unless you are counting calories, but why would you do that? All my guinea pigs agreed this is a yummy cupcake.
