While I was gone in Vegas, my mom got my child to eat pork chops. Good, because I love me some pig. Tonight we made the leftovers. It was some good eats. I use my stove top smoker in this recipe. If you do not have one, that is sadness for you. Stop by and borrow mine when you decide to cook these. This would be a great weeknight dinner with some smashed potatoes and a salad!
