Yummy, healthy chicken dish. My husband likens it to a grilled chicken Parmesan. Everyone whose eaten it wants to lick their plate clean. Like a lot of recipes this one is to be adjusted to your liking, especially the spices & cheese. Also feel free to make bruschetta, I have but usually I buy the jar of it at Sam's.
