This sandwich was an accident, but a very happy one. I might even venture to say it's the perfect sandwich. The chewy naan is the perfect vehicle for the spicy, moist tandoori chicken and the cucumber and yogurt salsa. But the candied jalapeno slices and crunchy pickled onion rings really take the cake.
