Don’t be startled when you pick up one of these cupcakes and it weighs more than a small child. Okay, that may be an exaggeration … but these cupcakes are dense and heavy, yet incredibly soft and moist. The cupcake has a bit of a fudgy quality that sticks to the roof of your mouth and they are rich with wonderful dark chocolate, cherry chunks and sweet malt.
